cooking workshops

Leivinvita offers interesting cooking workshops on the theme of Ligurian cuisine in Villa Villacolle’s kitchen . The workshops will be held one or more afternoons a week on request.

You will be introduced to the secrets of this simple but savoury cuisine, while you prepare its typical dishes as part of your dinner at Villa Villacolle’s.
These workshops are offered, only as part of your stay in one of Leivinvita accommodations.

Each workshop is hosted by Valentina, Villa Villacolle hostess, an expert in the art of local cuisine and cultured in local traditions. She will provide a relaxed, learning experience and create the same atmosphere as found in typical Italian homes. All this while sipping a glass of Vermentino.

You will experience real fun preparing Italian dishes and its more typical sauces and pasta fillings
as: Pansotti with hazelnut sauce, Lasagne with pesto, Ligurian Corzetti with meat sauce, Pizza with anchovies, focaccia al formaggio and much more

Workshops details:
From 1 to 4 afternoon lessons a week, 3 hours each, from 17,00 p.m.
Workshops can be held either in Italian, English or French.
Cost: 90 euros per person per workshop including ingredients, use of the kitchen, wine, notes, written recipes, and most of all, dinner.
B&B stay is not included
