Just a cute small restaurant, in a hidden corner along the Chiavari’s medieval arcades of the old historical centre. Antonio is the wine expert and along with Silvia, his companion, and Benedetto the cook, has been able to give the right combination of quality and atmosphere to this place. A few tables nicely arranged among a good selection on bottles of wine spread all over the shelves, make this restaurant a perfect romantic place where to enjoy either a good glass of wine or a full refined meal.
Its cuisine is strictly based on fresh ingredients which follow the seasons and are produced locally. The menu choices are particularly selected in order to let the visitors’ imagination work. Benedetto’s touch in fact, is able to turn the usual match of simple ingredients into refined dishes.
A particular note is reserved to their desserts . . . Antonio is great in this field, and, although busy to look after the choice of the wines, it is still him preparing desserts for his clients, every day inventing a new one.
