At U Cantin "Agriturismo" everything that you are served has been prepared in their kitchen by Maria Theresa, the entire menu, including the bread. She accepts full responsibility be it good or not!

We try to give our clients, a taste of Ligurian cuisine, and not only the classics such as Focaccette with cheese filling, Pesto sauce, Ravioli with vegetable stuffing, Pansotti with nut sauce, Vegetable Pies, Ligurian style Rabbit, Farinata, Facaccia with Cheese, etc, but also some much less well known dishes, not for that less delicious, all with Maria Theresa's magic touch.
