In Leivi Pizzeria La Cava means big round pizzas baked with a thin crust, but rich in their wide variety of tops, which you can also put together yourself, aside from what you already have available in their list.
Marco and Orietta make a successful team together as they have been able to give particular attention and chances not only to the cuisine, but also to the dining spaces. They had the skill to arrange the big, log cabin decor dining room and the enchanting rock garden terrace, ideally suited for warm summer evenings.
Marco manages the pizzeria, always tidy, efficient and cosy, but he is also very open to new ideas as to entertain the guests, offering live music and/or specialties of the day.
Orietta is in charge in the kitchen, cooperating with their lady cook and pizza maker. Marco also helps out in the kitchen when necessary, but we like to think that the success of the cuisine presented in this pizzeria is due to its female team and its creativity.
